Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via Email or SMS.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Delivery: Usually takes 5 to 7 working days depending on your location.
• Shipping Charges: We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹699.
• For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹999 will apply.
• Delivery delays may occur due to extreme weather or courier service disruptions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a Tracking ID via Email or SMS. You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.

4. Incorrect Address

Shri Arogya Herbal is not responsible for non-delivery if the address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete. Please verify your PIN code and phone number before confirming the order.

5. Damaged Packaging

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact our customer support immediately.
